Financial Information
*Accreditation and affiliation fees ($396.00) and deposit ($500.00) are due within 10 days of the adult learner’s receipt of the VCMS letter of acceptance and contract. Payment for Prerequisite Early Childhood Course Overview is due by February 1, 2020.
All fees are non-refundable. Payments may be made by check, cash or money order.
Tuition Payment Options
Option 1
Pay the tuition balance of $5000 in full before the first day of class.
Option 2: Deferred Payment Plan
The deferred payment plan listed below includes an additional $500 fee that is built into the three payments. Total course tuition and all fees on the deferred payment plan: $6996.00 for those also taking the Early Childhood Overview Course and $6696.00 for those holding an Early Childhood Credential.
Financial Assistance
VCMS regrets that it cannot offer financial aid at this time. The American Montessori Society offers partial scholarships.

Late and Refund Check Fees
A 10% fee is added to payments received 15 days past due. There is a $35.00 returned check fee.
School Discount
Schools will receive a ten percent discount when sending three or more adult learners during a course cycle.
Additional Costs
Adult learners should plan to spend approximately $300-$500 on books and materials. Additional fees may apply for self-directed internships or practicum site locations that require additional travel expenses.
